What is the rental cost?

Our pricing is transparent and simple. Our space is $550 for four hours. Each additional hour is $100 per hour. 

Please ask about special pricing for classes or luncheons.

What is the capacity of The Treehouse?

Our venue can accommodate a ceremony of up to 60 people. For a seated dinner including a buffet table and bar, we can accommodate up to 50 people. We will work closely together to plan out your space for the best comfort of your guests. 

The Treehouse can easily be adapted to classroom or meeting space, for training or educational seminars. The Treehouse  has state-of-the-art LED overhead lighting to facilitate training events.

Do you offer event planning and décor?

Yes. We offer as little or as much as you need. We can custom create and coordinate every detail of your special day based on your style, theme, color, and design. We offer a wide range of specialty linen, chair covers, napkins, and décor. For more information on our décor packages and pricing please inquire with our event management team.

What is included in the rental price?

The Treehouse is truly a blank canvas. We keep things simple in an effort to keep our prices low. The Treehouse has a prep area including refrigerator, microwave, and sink.  

Chairs and tables to accommodate all your guests. Basic polyester linen in white, black or ivory. For events between the hours of 5:00pm-2:00am security is provided. 

How do I book a date?

We require a $150 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your date as well as a refundable $150 security deposit that will be returned at the end of the event. The remaining payment or the venue is due no later than 15 days before the event. You will meet with a member of our management team to go over every detail of our contract in its entirety. An invoice will be generated with a payment schedule attached. 

Is there parking close by?

Yes! The parking deck is less than two blocks from the space. There is public parking on the main and side streets downtown. Additionally, there is a private lot across the street that can be booked for an additional charge for the day of your event.

Is the space handicap accessible?

Yes, we have an elevator.

Who is responsible for clean up?

The venue needs to be returned to the same condition it was received and all personal property removed within your designated time of rental. 

Can you bring in catered food?

Yes, you can bring in food from any caterer that you like.
